About 3 months ago, H2O Care installed a new water treatment system in our home. When I went to change a filter for the first time, I had some difficulty. Calling and leaving a message on a Saturday, 2 different people returned my call. I received advice and guidance of steps to take. They wanted my system back online ASAP without needing a service call. They texted and called to track my progress until the issue was resolved. Today, they called again to follow up and make sure that I was all set and that the system was performing as expected. While frustrating, problems happen. Their service was above and beyond expectations.
Can't say enough about the office staff and how great H2Ocare is. Our service guys David & Michael are the best, always there when we have needed them. We had many water systems in the past but since we changed to H2Ocare all of our water problems have be eliminated. I highly recommend if you are having water problems call H2Ocare.
