From beginning to end, Hilary was so professional, knowledgeable, and empathetic with my daughter, who isn't always body positive. The scenery she chose and the variety of photos to select from made it so hard to choose. I loved the pictures so much I hired Hilary to take my professional headshots. “I had my son's pictures taken in school was not very happy with the pictures at all so I called the number they offered to redo it again remind you I paid over $100 for these so I expect that it would not be cut out of the picture and then I could see his name his grade in the year since I paid extra for these along with any touch-ups as he's a teenager which I also paid extra for I waited for another 2 to 3 weeks and yet again they sent me the same package but this time his skin tone was little darker which was his normal skin tone so yet again I called them this time I went into the store they gave me exactly what I wanted for his pictures they do the package I wanted which they don't usually offer at the school since he is an older child I was very happy with the new pictures they came out amazing put on top of it they gave me the other two packages for free I would recommend Lifetouch to anyone as I am a photographer and I am very picky about my pictures when I brought them in they nailed it right on the head and then they actually sent me a shot of him on my cell phone so that I can have it because I wasn't going to the pictures until after Christmas they also give me copyrights to all the pictures that I had taken for both of my kids couldn't be any happier well worth the drive to Lakeville“
