I just wanna say this was the best experience IVE EVER HAD at a hair salon i called not knowing they were closing up for the night and they still took me in they lady was an absolute sweet heart we talking and laughed the entire time and let alone was decently priced unlike other places in the area i wish i lived here and wasn’t just visiting because this would be my go to salon for ever! Amazing amazing job on my hair and customer service thank you if i could give 10 stars i seriously would!

I’m so grateful to Salon Bella Donna, and Tiffany in particular! She helped detangle an enormous knot on the back of my daughter’s head that developed after she had a really bad stomach bug and we couldn’t brush it. It took five and a half hours to detangle! And she was so patient and gentle and kind through it all. My daughter has some real sensory issues with her hair, and Tiffany was so sensitive to it. My daughter even said it barely hurt at all, which is amazing. We were really concerned we would need to cut a bunch off, but Tiffany saved it!
If you’ve got a kid with high levels of anxiety or sensory issues, I cannot recommend this place... read full review

I saw a woman in the mall with a great haircut..so much so that I stopped her and asked who did her hair. ..Tiffany at Salon Bella Donna in Methuen! I booked an appointment right away and got the best haircut I’ve ever had! She is truly gifted! Kelly M
