My nail tech is Zarah and I love her 😍 I am never disappointed. Easy to make an appointment and if you want designs she got you. She does my nails and my pedicures. Prices are reasonable
I feel so bad to write this review - but they deserve it. I’m sorry, but making repetitive customers wait an hour after their appointment time over and over again is getting old. They do not do anything to make up for it either. Also - they say they open at 10 am, however, they always run late. Last week I waited outside for an hour after open until someone showed up with the key. They did not apologize or even bother to take a dime off of my total. They do not communicate about paying with a card. It’s a $2 extra charge and they don’t tell you that you can’t add the tip on the receipt. I just found out the hard way and I had to pay an extra $2 just to pay a tip....read full review
I went in yesterday for the first time. All the ladies are very nice and pleasant. Nice clean place and they do an outstanding job. By far best place in Lawrence/Methuen area that I've ever been too. they now have me as a forever customer
