We had 0 heat this winter. like none at all. our furnace was broken all we had was hot water and had to use space heaters. our Osterman bill comes in and it’s THE SAME price as the year before when we DID have heat. we called and spoke to multiple people regarding this discrepancy who kept promising a call back but never got a call back. waiting patiently to be able to switch to a different, more professional provider.

My mother has been a customer since the 80's and has had nothing but problems. Unfortunately, we are unable to switch providers. She is elderly and on fuel assistance. She is always harassed about her bill and they do not honor automatic delivery. I have to call every time the tank will run down to below 10% and they give me a hard time. Also, why is the price over $4 a gallon? She uses propane for heat and hot water and for her kitchen stove/oven. Another lical company is charging a dollar less. I have talked to many employees and nothing will ever change. Awful!

Let's see some ways Osterman's could improve...have the rude woman removed from answering the phones that doesn't do what she says she is going to do...not charging a $100 fee for not filling enough...AND NOT DISCONNECTING AND PICKING UP A PROPANE TANK THE DAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING!!!!
