Natural Hardwood Floors was amazing to work with! John responded to my quote request the same day, were there to take a look at the project 2 days later, and I had a quote sent to me not even 24 hours later. He was reasonably priced for the amount of work being done - he refinished 2 floors - including 5 rooms, 2 hallways and 12 stair treads.

John started work exactly on time and finished in the original time frame he thought it would take to complete the project. He was very honest about what was possible with my floors, some of which were in bad shape from water and pet damage. Huge shoutout to John Farnkoff from Natural Floors. I had new oak floors installed in my kitchen and entryway and the old floors sanded and refinished. You cannot tell which are old and which are new! John was thorough, provided written, itemized estimates and his prices were competitive ((better than most) He started on the day promised, was there every day on time, and left my house tidy and clean. My floors are absolutely gorgeous! Call John at Natural Hardwood! You will not be disappointed!

I inquired about getting an estimate to refinish my hardwood floors. Left inquiry yesterday afternoon, and within 1 hour I got a response from John. He asked for the best time to reach me, and called me in 20 minutes. Made the appointment for today at 9am and at 8:50am this morning he was in front of my door. John inspected the floors, and discussed the repair and refinish process in details. Gave me an estimated cost and time required to complete the job. Very knowledgeable and detailed oriented professional. I would recommend John and his company to anyone. 5 stars from me!!!
