DMS Bodyworks provides high-quality Medical Massage, Pilates, and Aesthetics services to the northern Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire areas. The studio is clean, calming, and beautifully designed, offering a perfect environment to unwind. Specializing in 1:1 and small-group services, the highly trained and knowledgeable team ensures movements are done correctly and safely. Services target sport/labor recovery, lymphatic drainage, relaxation, strength/endurance training, and skin care. Clients report incredible relief from back pain, hip pain, and sciatica, often feeling better after just one session. Therapeutic Pilates movements improve posture, strength, flexibility, and overall energy. Many experience a big difference, leaving each session feeling better than when they arrived. The studio is multi-lingual, offering services in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. It is a welcoming and professional place, highly recommended for anyone seeking a great combo of massage and Pilates.

Karen is an excellent Botox provider. She is knowledgeable, professional, detail-oriented, and takes the time to make patients feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Her skill and dedication to achieving natural, beautiful results are evident in the care she provides.
Dean was incredibly helpful in treating stubborn fibrous tissue that developed after surgery. His expertise, patience, and personalized approach made a significant difference. He took the time to understand my concerns and worked diligently to help improve an issue I had been struggling with for quite some time.
