Jake from Climate Design has been assisting us with our mini-splits and his crew recently installed a new Mitsubishi 3-head system. Both Jake and the crew were very responsive and explained everything that they were doing. The installation occurred during the heat wave at the end of June. Bryan was the lead installer and did an excellent job to ensure that the installation occurred on time, despite the heat's affect on their working conditions. We were very satisfied with Climate Design and would recommend them for any future work.

Just had our AC units checked by a crew from Climate Design. Nice guys. Steve just got promoted to Service Manager (hope I got the title right). Steve has been out to our place several times. Nice to see excellent helped getting rewarded/promoted. Steve’s partner, Hiram, another good man, is evidence of the company’s commitment to providing exemplary service to its customers. I called and spoke with Jake about a big issue at my Air BnB. I told him I had guests and it was important to get AC back and running asap. He had someone at my house within an hour and got my issue fixed. I have now used them a few times and the service is always above and beyond.
