Not recommended to anyone Reasons Not reliable company Too expensive is not even word Not good customer service They don't give detailed invoice I called this place for a duct repair, some other company showed up under name of EPS MECHANICAL the guy take a look at job and he quoted around $500.00 , he said labor $125.00 for first hour and $85.00 there after and it would take him around three hours plus material, i said other company estimated $225.00 just because they were local I offered them $250.00 ,he went outside called office he said ok they will do it , he said he need to get some material and left came back 40 minutes later and started working , he cut of... read full review

Had an HVAC company come out to service our central air. They said to diagnose the problem we would have to do XY&Z and the bill was going to be more than $900! That was before any repairs, which would be more. I told them thank you and I'll get back to them. I found Buonagurios on-line. An A+ at BBB along with favorable reviews. They gave me a quote that was LESS THEN HALF of what company A was trying to charge us. By 8am the next morning, they were at the house fixing the problem. By 9am we had ice cold air flowing. They fixed our system, were polite, professional and didn't try to overcharge us for things that weren't broken or to do irrelevant tests... read full review

Stanley, I have written 23 reviews on yelp. 5. Are one star. The rest are 5 star reviews except one 3 star review.. so I'd say for the most part I give credit where it's due. I am sorry that you disagree with me but I do try to be as honest as possible and if you are that displeased with my review if you just messaged me and explained yourself I'd just delete it. Instead some random guy from your company messages me with disparaging comments., that's just unprofessional. I'm not on here to hurt businesses, just help consumers, so I apologize if you took it any other way.
