We have had Synergy for about 3 months now prior I used another service where they were inconsistent with showing up for my mother. Synergy works hard to ensure coverage for the agreed upon schedule and they call ahead for future changes / holidays so that the work coverage is met. The caregivers are caring and work with the client to address their needs. I highly recommend them!
Synergy has been a lifesaver for us! When my stepfather could no longer drive we needed someone who could take him to appointments and to run errands. Uber didn’t have the personal touch we were looking for and also we needed a service with consistent drivers, reliability, and the ability to accompany my step father in to his appointments.
