I have been coming to this clinic since the 90s. When Dr Holly was in charge, everything was great. But the new regime seems more interested in money than anything else. Since COVID restrictions were put in place, we are now told that my cat who has to be euthanized tomorrow can only have two people in attendance. I understand rules, but when I asked the vet to make an exception as there are only three of us and we are all fully vaccinated, I was ignored completely by the vet. I asked this nine days ago and Dr. Podles never answered me. I will not be with my cat for his final appointment and I am heart broken. I will not be using this vet going forward. Very disappointed.

My cat had never been seen here and I suddenly found him extremely ill. Mendon Animal Clinic kindly took me for this emergency within one hour of my call. Unfortunately, we had to make the difficult decision to euthanize our beloved kitty. The Dr., vet techs and office staff were kind, compassionate , knowledgeable, and polite. Not many veterinarians would take on a non client so willingly for an emergency. This clinic will be my new go to for all of my future pet needs. I will be switching to them immediately for my pups. Thank you to all at the clinic who assisted us on JULY 8! Can't say enough about you all

I've been taking pets here for almost 20 years. They are nothing short of amazing. They've treated my pets for routine care as well as at the end of two of their lives. The doctors are very knowledgeable and open about all options. They, along with their staff, are very compassionate. So grateful to have such a wonderful place so close to home.
