The team from Boucher was fantastic from start to finish. They listened to our needs, assessed several options, and recommended and installed an air conditioning system that has made our home very comfortable despite record-breaking heat in the Boston area. Boucher Energy handled the MASS SAVE furnace/heat pump installation, mass save paperwork, warrenty paperwork, and installation schedule in a very timely manner with excellent communication as to the status of the project. The actual installation was incredibly organized from the time they arrived untill it was completed, including excellent cleanup! I have NO criticisms of the work or the entire process. They even did a follow up a couple months later and scheduled an A/C testing st no additional cost. The install took place in February and this review is the middle of June. This is a top notch company. We replaced our Mitsubishi ductless air conditioner with a new one. Our experience with Joel Boucher deciding our best replacement was informative and helped us make the right decision. Everyone at Boucher, from the people in the office, especially Tina, to the installers were great. We would be happy to use them again.
