Sadly the service here was very poor. I was recommended to come here by a friend and i was excited to use their services. However, i was met with hostility and overall rudeness. I usually understand when people have a bad day, as we all do. In this situation I didn’t understand where this attitude came from. It was an overwhelming feeling while trying to treat my own body to a spa day. On top of this other staff did not intervene or apologize. I hope that everyone else has a good experience, as I had the worst.

Had awful skin issues after having kids and Katie was very kind and caring towards my insecurities and has helped me get my confidences back and has been amazing through the whole process! I have sent friends to her, you won't be disappointed with her services. Wonderful experience, I'm glad I went after putting it off for so long because I was afraid!

I love coming to see Katie. I drive from Lynn Ma which takes about an hour and a half. I have tried other laser hair removal places much closer to me a d with unsuccessful results. They were painful and I left just as hairy as when I went in. She understands how important this is to me and keeps it affordable so I can keep coming back. Now I'm doing my armpits next.
