This is a most go to shop. Greetings at the door when you enter with respect. The grls make sure to get you in asap as they can be a 10/15 min break as sometimes styles can take a little longer then expected but you will be seated asap as they respect everyone's time! Also snacks and drinks a provided to all clients..
I have been living in Boston for years now and I have to say, I’ve never come across any loc -tician that is on time, holds appointments in a timely manner … if you know you know . I came across Empress and from day 1 , walking into this establishment , my jaw dropped. It is beautiful , secure, and the people are amazing. When ever I need an appointment they get me in, and the owner is talented along with the employees, they are artist when it comes to hair… and talk about fast! Vanessa is an absolutely amazing Loctician who does a phenomenal job for both me and my son. Every visit with her is a positive experience. She is incredibly efficient, always on time, and truly respects her clients’ appointments. The salon is spotless, welcoming, and has such a friendly atmosphere that I always look forward to my appointments.
I travel all the way from Cape Cod just to have my hair done by Vanessa because her expertise and skill are unmatched. Her attention to detail and knowledge of what she’s doing are impeccable.
