Tim did an excellent job building our new large dormer. Tim was always prompt in returning our phone calls or email communication during the process. We were provided a detailed materials list and cost estimate. They were flexible as the project became more involved than first envisioned. Despite some snow, they still got it done on-time.The workmanship was excellent and the job was handled very professionally from the start to completion. I would recommend Tim Gray Building & Remodeling without any hesitation.

My husband and I contracted to build an addition on our home with Tim and Michael Gray. Two years later...we couldn't be happier! Our experience with the Grays was outstanding! The job was completed not only on time but also within budget! Both Tim and Michael were helpful in the entire design phase of the construction, sharing their expertise and experience. With all the chaos construction can cause in a home, Tim and Michael never left for the day without cleaning up and organizing the work site. My wife and couldn't be more pleased with all the work Tim and his crews have done for us over the last 4 or 5 years. We basically have a whole new house from his fine work on our 3 bedroom--including a remodeled kitchen, building on a garaged, attached to the house by wonderfully attractive breezeway/entry room and new porch. So pleased were we with his work we later had a add a convenient half-bath to our main floor, some accessibility remodeling to our main bathroom and some attractive wall to ceiling shelving.
