RCA was the best price and the most knowledgeable when I was shopping for Generators. I had the extended warrantee and so far the annual service people were always on time. Cape Cod is known for power outages especially in the West Barnstable area. Well worth the peace of mind with RCA.

We just had our Generac generator installed by RCA. From the first call, the onsite visit, quote process, installation and post-installation RCA has provided excellent service throughout. We highly recommend RCA - it was a pleasure doing business with them.

I was SO impressed with the service and the friendly staff on the phone! They sent very detailed and good information and worked with me to get the dates convenient to me as I was leaving for Florida soon.Greg and Sean arrived on time and were most professional in the installation. Also...I was told power would be off all day and it was only off for an hour and they were finished by two o'clock rather than the later time I had anticipated. Casey came a few days later after the gas inspector from the town and also did a fine job with the final hook up.I recommend them highly!Evelyn Doane
