I have today been able to rectify the problem and I am happy to amend my review. I like this office and do not want to change dentists.
I am not perfect, wrote an appt down incorrectly and could not make the appt...when I called today to reschedule I was told unless I paid a fee of $25 I. Could not reschedule...i have been a patient for about 15 yrs and have not missed appt so think this is unreasonable and think this review is necessary to Express my displeasure...
Dena did the best cleaning I’ve ever had to date. Thorough to get all the plaque but not too fast or rough so I didn’t get gouged by my teeth’s edge. Focused on each tooth for the surface and didn’t confuse my permanent retainer as plaque and try to pull it out. I see often people rush through the cleanings but she advised on the type of toothbrush and dental tape to get since I’ve been having a difficult time. The doctor had also gave insight to wear on my canine. Great experience worth the drive.
Been going to mashpee community dental for 15 years. I am so glad I made the switch to mashpee dental. Best cleaning experience ever!!! The experience was amazing From the start with the warm welcome of the receptionist, getting right into my appointment the friendliest hygienist who talked me thru everything all along to the rescheduling and goodbyes from the receptionist.
Thank you Mashpee dental, my husband And I are so glad we made the switch ♡
