Tim is friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. He inspected our house to ensure the old temite treatment was still effectivly protecting us and treated the perimeter for the Carpenter ants we recently spotted. My first experience with Cunningham Pest Control was excellent. The young man, Tim, that arrived early and was friendly, respectful to me and my property. He fully explained the process for eliminating the carpenter ants as well as about the warranty. I'm a beekeeper so I appreciated Tim's knowledge about bees and his concern for my bees. Their communication was excellent and Collette answering the phone was friendly. I highly recommend Cunningham Pest Control.

My first time using Cunningham services. I especially like dealing with a family run business. These folks were recommended by a good neighbor and I was very pleased with the service I received. Tim actually arrived a few minutes early which is a plus in my book. I've already put my home on an annual check up!
