Great classes, great instructors and such a positive environment to be in on your journey to strength and health! The classes can be tweaked if you’re a beginner or made more challenging depending on your skill level. No one makes you feel lesser for needing to modify. I started by just buying one class at a time last winter and moved to a class pass and then upgraded further because I truly loved this environment and have never felt so safe and supported to try new things even if I’m not the best at them. You really can’t go wrong with any class!
I cannot say enough good things about Francesca’s elite rides!!!!! I have been going to her elite rides for the past month and they are absolutely incredible. Francesca does such an amazing job leading these classes—she motivates, inspires, and empowers you all at once. The energy she brings is truly unmatched. Every ride is a perfect mix of intensity, fun, and encouragement, and I always leave class feeling stronger, more confident, and completely fulfilled. I highly recommend Elite Nation Wellness Studio!! The workouts are amazing and there is an abundance of variety weather you're an expert or a beginner, or anything in between at EN there are plenty of workout classes for everyone at any skill level!! When you walk into the Studio you could be in a type of mood but guarantee when you leave this studio after class you will be a different person feeling accomplished and ready to start the day!! They have spin classes with top of the line instructors who will make you feel present and strong!
