Recently experienced my first 90 min Therapeutic Massage with Foot Scrub & Aromatherapy with Sarah L. From the moment I arrived Sarah ensured I was comfortable with the temperature, the aromatherapy and the technique she would be using. The next 90 mins. were the most relaxing and therapeutic I have ever experienced. Sarah used the perfect amount of pressure, massage and quiet check-ins which brought me relief and relaxation. After finishing she even showed me stretching exercises that could help my chronic lower back issues and wrote them down along with a YouTube video to watch. Best massage and experience I've ever had! Thank you Sarah! I'll be back!
I have been using the infrared sauna as a recovery method. I recently went in for a massage after some minor sports injuries. I truly could not have dreamed of a better massage. I went for the 90 minute session with muscle calm with Susan. I love that she took the time to listen to my problem areas and focused there.
