A couple of weeks ago I had a one-off warranty issue with the machine. The Team at Smith and Sons was able to pick up, diagnose, and order parts for my tractor, all within a couple of days of me calling them. They were extremely communicative and kept me up to speed on everything that was happening, and was able to turn around the machine on a short deadline as I had a major project it was needed for. “These guys are the absolute BEST for those who do not have a green thumb and ask a ton of questions. I had an area of my front yard (Scituate) that I didn't know what to do with. It gets a lot of sun and a LOT of water run-off from the road, so plants need to be quite hearty and resilient. Chris chose the right plants and took the time to walk me through how best to care for them. He has also come out a few times afterwards to see how things were going and answer any other questions I may have had. Truly supportive and all around a great team of guys.
