We had a fairly big need between a panel upgrade and other miscellaneous electrical work and had researched a few electricians in the area, reaching out to Crowe initially as one of a few options. Crowe’s exceptional customer service made our choice easy - there was a stark, discernible difference between Crowe and the competition, which made us choose them quickly for the job.

The technician, Andrew, was very professional and courteous.
Andrew advised of his coming arrival, he examined the problem quickly and made the needed repair and explained what had been wrong and what actions needed to be done.
Very good service with Crowe Electric and it's appreciated
Crowe Electric did a fantastic job today. The work includes: 1) removing the old cooktop; 2) installing a junction box in the cooking cabinet; 3) changing the breaker that is compatible with my new cooktop; 4) installing the new cooktop. Every job was performed in an efficient way and my communication with electrician went really well. In addition, the customer service is always responsive and offers the earliest service they can (usually the next day service). Highly recommended!
