Friendly dispatcher promptly sent my message to electrician, Paul, who called me right back. Paul assessed my issue over the phone, which I was able to solve myself, saving me the cost of a visit. They will be my first call if I ever need an electrician in the future.

Needed a Tesla charging unit installed. Got name of these guys from Tesla site. Responded to my online inquiry within 12 hours and were able to set up the install within 3-4 days. Guy who came was right on time, friendly and laid out various location options with pricing on each. Did the install in 2-3 hours (less time than he predicted) and completely cleaned up any plaster/various bits. Overall great and strong recommend

Second time having electrical work done with John. Will definitely have him back for more projects. He does excellent work, explains the entire estimate well, arrives on time, is respectful of property, and answers questions professionally and with a smile (no matter how foolish or convoluted the question may be!)
