He was very nice to my wife hew was at home. And I was working out of town at the time and called me to say he was on his way. And left it real clean afterwards. I will definitely use them again in 3 to 5 year's.

Our sewer line was completely clogged, flooding our basement. We were unable to use water for days. We were told by a plumber that our line was full of roots and needed to be torn out and replaced at a cost of almost 10 grand. We have a special needs son and we were desperate for help. We were about to pay it when I passed by a Wind River van on the highway. We contacted them and they were here in less than a day. Our service rep Jim Flammia awesome! Very professional, reassuring and honest. He explained to my husband and I every step of the way what he was doing and how long it would take.
