W&E did an entryway for me a few years ago and I've been reaching out for over a month with several emails and phone calls to have them look into potential warranty work or repair as some of the pavers are now loose. I cannot get a call back and two times I spoke with someone they were not helpful stating that the manager is unavailable and they forwarded my email.
To add to this, when the work was initially done, they showed up and started the work without ever sending me a start date or even collecting the 50% deposit they require before beginning. The communication was poor from the start and I only am providing 2 stars because the initial job itself was done well.

I have used W&E off and on for many years. Frankly, there are times I have been frustrated. My primary complaint was poor communication and unreliable scheduling. These last two years and particularly the last year, they have improved dramatically. I do not blame them for scheduling problems, weather is unpredictable, but I want to know when they are coming. This last year, W&E has had much more responsive communication and I am very grateful to them. For example, on leaf pickup this year, W&E telephoned me on two occasions to keep me informed on scheduling. W & E Landscaping Team is awesome! Danny in the office is most helpful in setting up lawn service to accommodate my schedule....William , a owner , always professional, knowledable, and fair in pricing. Rene and the guys who worked in my yard for fall cleanup and gutter cleaning were organized and detailed...I highly recommend W & E landscaping!
