Our friends recommended Payneless Flooring. We had carpet replaced in 4 rooms. I found that the technicians and management worked in concert. Matt delivered on every point mentioned in the contract. I had 4 doors adjusted because of the use of a thicker pad. Wilson, the site manager, was focused and meticulous. A final walk through is done by Matt. I appreciate this because it shows how much my business means to them. He can ‘t do enough to please customers. We have had many compliments and feel that we selected the right vendor to do the job.
