From the first meeting to discuss how best to remove our concrete pool to the clean-up to the leveling of our backyard so we could create a gorgeous, safe space for our grandchildren to play on, Toure Foster and his crew were meticulous with their work and professional every step of the way. I had a drainage problem in the front of my house. I called several other companies to get assistance in fixing my problem. Some never returned my call and the one that did never kept an appointment. Eventually he too never returned my calls. I saw New England Enterprises website in a google search and gave them a call. They returned my first phone call within one day. They made an appointment to view the job 3 days later and kept the appointment. They gave me a fair price and a firm date as to when the work would start. They did superb work and solved my problem. Toure is very professional. He came out within 24 hours of the first phone call. He gave us a reasonable estimate to correct a serious drainage problem. He showed up on the start date, completed the job within the estimated time frame and was patient as we asked many questions. In addition, the final result was much less drastic than we anticipated. A great experience all around I highly recommend NE Enterprises
