“I have been going to Nancy at Chez Bella for about 2 years. She is wonderful. I am a diabetic so I need someone who is very careful with a pedicure and she is. I also get a gel manicure every 2 or 3 weeks. It is always perfection!! I feel very comfortable there because it’s a smaller cozy atmosphere but busy.
