I had some piriformis issues for several months, and finally listened to a friend's recommendation to go see Dr. Messina. I should have listened sooner - so much relief after my first appointment. He explains everything, answers all your questions, is gentle, and has a great sense of humor! I've recommended him to several of my neighbors. If you are having ANY issues - GO SEE HIM!

I regularly see Dr Messina to keep my body on track and it has been SO helpful in allowing me to do the things I want to be able to do. I recently pinched a nerve in my neck and he has been so amazing and flexible about getting me in a bit more frequently. I honestly felt like crying it hurt so badly and when I left his office I was pain free. He is very good about laying expectations and providing other stretches etc to compliment his work and get you back to baseline. Thankful for his expertise!

Dr. Messina has treated myself for years and more recently my oldest teenage son. After seeing Dr. Messina my son commented that he felt great with regards to his lower back and right knee issues, suffering from patellar tendonitis. After his treatment he went to football training and conditioning and told me he was pain free and had waited too long to see Dr. Messina. He was happy to subsequently go to a recruiting camp pain free and perform at peak level. Being a physician myself I wouldn't trust anyone else to treat myself or my kids! Always accommodating and truly listens and puts together a great plan for long term success with whatever issue you have.
