So happy to have found Ro and Loyalty Exterior Solutions! They repaired a rotting area of our 100+ year old clay-tile roof that was causing a leak in the ceiling below and also replaced our gutters. They worked efficiently and meticulously and addressed minor issues that came up with ease and swiftness. Ro and his team were very helpful and responsive throughout the project. Without hesitation, I would hire them again for any exterior projects and give them my highest recommendation. Thank you!

From the very beginning, we saw that Romulo from Loyalty did the best survey of the existing roof, chimney and siding and informed us on the work needed to fix everything. Many other contractors did not go up the roof or into the attic to inspect the roof.The quote from Loyalty was comparable to other contractors. We also appreciated that they were not trying to sell us a new roof. They provided with a repair estimate to make the roof last another 5 years. We chose to go with the new roof, an under layer of plywood and chimney work.
