Between the best agents I have worked with, Don Richards is one of the best. He put 100% effort on your behalf if you are either a buyer or seller. He responds to any inquiry withing 12 hours and goes beyond his duties by referring his clients to loans officers, house inspectors and even insurance companies that he trusts and worked with.
