“These folks have been cleaning my condo for the last fifteen years. They show up as a crew, bring their own cleaning supplies, take over the house, and are in and out within an hour every time. We originally chose them because their cleaning supplies would be safe for our beloved cats, but at this point we'd continue to be satisfied customers even in the absence of pets. They communicate well by email and text, let us know what time they intend to show up, and are very reliable (I assume that sending a team helps with that, since one person being unavailable wouldn't cause a cancellation).
