My husband and I just completed an interior renovation of the first floor in our split level, and Chris and his crew were by far the best professionals we hired for our project. I really can't say enough good things about them and their work. Chris and Frank were honest/trustworthy, meticulous, talented, good advisors, dependable, fast, neat, and just really nice people. Chris listened/communicated well throughout the project, and suggested what he thought we needed to make our house look really nice. (For example, he suggested we blue board our plastered ceilings, and brought in people who got them done in 2 days!) Chris was upfront about his needs/expectations, gave us a fair price, and delivered on time and within our agreed-upon budget. (For example, we had hardwood floors being put in after his painting, and he and Frank worked hard to get the work done on time to keep the project on schedule. Then they were flexible to come back for touch-up after the floor people were a day late and messed up some of their work unnecessarily.) Chris was creative and efficient in how he approached the work. I have an "eagle eye" and am picky as heck, and he exceeded my expectations. He even won over our aloof cat by the end of the project, and Sid doesn't like anybody but us. Chris came recommended to me by several immediate neighbors. Chris and his crew did an outstanding job on the exterior of my townhouse unit! He knew just what was needed to be done and priced the job with no "Hidden Extras". Chris and his team were careful, meticulous and paid attention to every detail! He replaced the rotted wood in places I didn't even think of looking. Chris saved me a lot of money by replacing the rotted window sill edges rather than me having to buy complete new framed windows! He and his team showed up every day, on time and worked hard all day long. It's such a pleasure working with a contractor like Chris who offers peace of mind knowing that you are getting top quality workmanship at a very fair price. To me, that's what defines great value!
