I was having issues with a shower leaking into the basement and left a message with Blue Owl via Google before bed to see if someone could come later in the week - I was expecting a call within a day or 2. Caleb called me at 10pm to check in on the problem and scheduled Josh to come out the next morning. Josh did a great job explaining the different repair options, respected my own opinions on which route I wanted to go, and did great work. He also looked some other issues in the house that I had concerns with and was able to add it onto the job. Just wow! I called on a Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend. Not only did Caleb cheerfully pay us a visit, but he got the work done professionally and with what I’d call extreme quality. I can’t recommend them highly enough!
I reached out to Blue Owl Plumbing after experiencing several bad experiences with other plumbing companies. All I can say is both Tony and Josh did an EXCEPTIONAL job. Great service overall from the very start setting up an appointment to the end of the job with Tony and Josh. Both kept me well informed during the job of new plumbing issues and took the time to explain the various cost savings options. You could tell that both really cared about providing quality work.
