Within just 3 hours, the technician had replaced the pump, and it was working perfectly. Responsive, professional, reasonably priced, high quality work.Our well pump quit on a Friday right after dinner. I called a few places and left voicemails. I wasn't expecting to hear from anyone until Monday at best. After several calls to voicemail boxes I headed outside to fill as many buckets I could with the water in our pool cover to flush the toilets for the weekend.I hadn't made it to the pool when my phone rang, I dropped my buckets and was immediately calmed by the assurance from John. John responded to our voice mail message within an hour. He came out to assess the situation, went back to his shop to gather supplies, returned and got to work.
