Amazing!! Elaina is so thorough and focused on what you need, she gave me the best 30 minute focus session while also incorporating thoughtful relaxing additions. Sarah is so friendly and professional, she has set up an amazing clean, cozy + thoughtful space inside a beautiful historic building. I left feeling so relaxed. My only regret is not booking a 90 minute!

I had a 30 minute appointment and it was amazing. I wish I had booked a longer one as I felt comfortable, relaxed, and wanted the stress free feeling longer.
