I was a client already for massage therapy, like anyone in this time I have a lot going on and also a lot of unresolved trauma. One day I was scrolling through instagram Ana Paula page came up and I went to go take a look and see what was it about.
First of all Ana Paula is a very calm and positive energy person, as soon as I walked into our session I felt save and understood. During our session we had beautiful release moments and she also introduce me to taping therapy which I love and use during hard times. I have learned so much how to keep my self calm and how to navigate through my emotions. If you are goin through depression anxiety or have a lot of unsolved trauma please book appointment with her and thank me later.

Barbara is welcoming and knowledgeable as she works with you to create a wellness plan. She does not get "woowy". Her techniques blend multiple modalities to create an ideal experience to leave you feeling an intense rejuvenation. The space she has dedicated in her home has a quiet ambiance and pleasing is to all the senses. Notes to be aware of beforehand- dogs are present (though not during the massage); pad out your personal schedule for more time than you are scheduled for (ie. 90 minute session is the on the table time, not necessarily including the preparing and talking time).“

“A 20 star cut by Mark.....I was scheduled to have Fran the owner cut my hair & unfortunately she got sick. She went out of her way to get me a haircut with her colleague Mark. I was a little hesitant as Fran always cuts my hair & she is fabulous. I was so pleasantly surprised at the cut I received from Mark. He was so caring--he knew I was expecting perfection.....which I received from him. He continuously asked me to give him suggestions as he cut my hair. Byway Barber does take walk-ins--but they also have an online appointment system.....Mark is a "hair artiste". Thank you Fran & Mark“
