They were recommended by friend. Poor communication. Really high markup, they have 90% markup on any part over $100.for $500 part you are charged $1000. We have multiple locations this is 1st time we have been charged rates like this. Guess some business care about 1 time customers rather then repeat multiple clients. We were looking for reliable company to manage all of our hvac for our properties guess this isn't the one. Do yourself favor hire someone else. You will save decent amount of money and there will be Communications so you know where things stand.
Well, that was easy... Heat was broken and now it's fixed.. And they are nice.. All good.
