Dr. Maher at Marblehead Animal Hospital has been our Veterinarian for years. She and her staff are caring professionals who have taken excellent care of our furry family members. I recommend them highly!

I had to come leave this review, which I never do. I have visited over 4 clinics in New England trying to find a place that is gentle to my skittish cats. They get nervous/aggressive when they visit the vet. I always feel clinics react aggressive back at them which makes the situation worse. I get so nervous each time they’re due for their annuals. I took my cats for the first time today here and it was so smooth I am out of words. They sprayed the office with Feliway and even themselves. They were kind and reassuring to my cats, and in return they behaved amazing. I have no words to explain my gratitude and our annual visits will be much more calm from here on.

I have tried other Veterinarians in the area and Marblehead Animal Hospital is the best by far.My dog walks in no problem, unlike others where I have had to pick him up to get him inside the door reluctantly! ( wish I could ask him for this review!)I also have phoned their office outside of my appointment times to request paperwork or get advice, someone is always available, even though I know they are very busy.
