We walked in with our two boys in the late afternoon, no appointment. The stylists were welcoming and fast- finishing both boys within a half hour. Their hair came out great and I appreciated the stylists asking questions along the way to ensure we were pleased with the results. Our boys enjoyed watching movies and the haircut prizes.
