I have been getting massages for only a short period of time, however, I don’t know how I lived this long without one! Julia is absolutely amazing, she always asks if there are specific areas that feel tight or sore and after the massage you feel like a brand new person! It truly is life changing! Highly recommend to give Health Through Hands a try, you won’t regret it no matter who you receive a massage from!

A week ago, I had another awesome 90-minute deep tissue massage with Jenn. Jenn's upper body massages have been the perfect remedy for my stress headaches which we have managed to alleviate. On occasion, I will ask her to do a full body massage if I am restarting an exercise routine, e.g., walking, biking. Jenn is informative, attentive to why you have scheduled a massage, and a professional in her field. I'm fortunate to have Jenn as my massage therapist and look forward to our monthly sessions.
