After having a terrible experience with the Nissan of Quincy location. The service center manager was short, interrupting me and just very condescending. Not helpful at all. Just a rude and miserable person that probably should have stayed home that day. I didn’t want my daughter to go back there because she and I both had a horrible experience.
Fast forward…. Big thank you to Roy from Nissan in Lynnfield! He was patient and informative and was able to fix my daughter’s car and then some! So thank you again Roy!!
