So we never have to think about it, really.Until a few weeks ago, when a customer used a freight forwarder to return our product for repair here in the U.S. Gerri and Robert were super responsive, willing to answer newbie questions, and ultra efficient. In fact, they were the only company I contacted that got back to me same day.Even though I don't need customs clearance often, I will definitely use them in the future.
