I am 100% Team DeNardo! The consultation process, was in-person, thoughtful and filled with options and suggestions based on what we were looking to do, while also being cost conscious. Replacing your entire furnace, hot water heater and AC units is a BIG Job. My husband and I reviewed the options, researched which options provided a rebate and based on our needs we made our selection [TRANE AC, Williamson Oil Water Boiler, Bosch BVA]. This work required the team to complete swap out what was in our (sorta messy basement), remove and replace equipment in the more organized attic (but think about moving all that stuff up and down the pull down stairs), then they replaced the outside units, it literally the tightest space possible. All of this work was done with the most diligent and clean team I’ve EVER had do work in my house. My basement room with the equipment was cleaner than when they found it. There were NO remnants of pieces and parts left in my house and literally there was not even a piece of attic dust, insulation or cobwebs anywhere in my house. It’s been 2 months since they completed the work and I’m still in awe when I go into any places in my house where they worked. It’s also worth mentioning that Guy gave us an estimate for how long the job would take and an estimate of when they could start. They met every commitment they made and also in certain circumstances went above and beyond (like helping us figure out how to get our 4th NEST thermostat to work (we both agreed this was the biggest pain of the entire install LOL!) They are great communicators and kept us informed when they found some fun anomalies on our home configuration that needed to be adjusted in order to be compliant. They always gave us choices before just doing the work. Overall, I give their team a 10++.
