Cervizzi’s Martial Arts in Lynnfield is Amazing. They teach more than just self-defense techniques and many of the benefits extend beyond karate.Students learn discipline, self-respect, self-control and confidence. These are benefits from instruction, effort in a structured environment. Post-covid-> the dojo enhanced their teaching offerings to include online learning as well as thoughtful in-person classes (limiting class size, taking temperatures, wearing masks, and cleaning between each class). My 7 yr old daughter just started a few months ago and has already learned so much! Her confidence and strength are growing more and more each week. Would highly recommend Cervizzi’s Martial Arts to anyone who wants to be active and learn new skills! Karate is an art that can be great to learn at any age!

My son has been taking karate at Cervizzi’s for over a year now, and thanks to Sensei Diana, he has gained so much confidence when entering new situations. Diana cares about her students, and she put a ton of effort into helping my son feel comfortable in class. I cannot recommend Cervizzi’s enough!
