In a time when Home buying is expensive and stressful John and his team were able to deliver a good home and keep it within a reasonable price. There were times throughout the process where communication was difficult but that could be due to communicating through each other's agents. This was our first time buying a home and it was definitely not a stress free process but John was able to addressed all of our concerns.
My husband and I absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE our new kitchen. I can’t rave enough about their workmanship and their attention to detail and friendly demeanor.
Starting with Ron and Mike, who took the time and patience, on a maybe, in helping me to design it. Through their perseverance, I knew that this was the mindset to work with.
I would like to give a big shout out to everyone involved in building my dream kitchen. A special Thank You to the crew who made it happen, Andre, Marcel, Marcelo’s, Marlin and Jairus. Too many details to acknowledge all that they did. Also to Kevin who was on top of everything, and was very dedicated to ensure we were satisfied.

5 Stars - Outstanding work from start to finish!
We hired Brittivia Homes & Construction to add an addition to our home consisting of a mudroom, bedroom, and full bathroom, and we couldn't be happier with the result.
From the initial design and permits through the final walkthrough, the team was professional, communicative, and incredibly skilled. The craftsmanship is top-notch, everything was kept clean and on schedule, and they were respectful of our home throughout the entire project. The new mudroom has been a game changer for organization, and the bedroom and full bath blend seamlessly with the rest of the house - it looks like it was always there.
