I had an experience that fell short of my expectations regarding customer service. I brought in a beautiful dress for alterations, which they initially confirmed they could handle. However, the final result was not satisfactory. When I returned to discuss fixing the stitching or having it undone so I could take it elsewhere, the process was more complicated than I anticipated. While I understand they were concerned about potentially damaging the fabric further, I received a refund. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I don't think I will return. I hope they can improve their communication and customer service approach.

I called to inquire about hemming pants and received a quote of $29 for each pair of trousers. That's quite expensive for hemming. I called a few other places, and Lola Taylor on Elm Street in Enfield quoted me $10. Why does it have to be so expensive in Longmeadow?

Brought in several shirts to be laundered and one pair of khakis. Nothing that needed dry cleaning. No suits or dresses. Was shocked when I received a bill for $188! 8 of the items were priced over $10/each. I had been happy with previous owner, and presumed service and pricing would be comparable with the new owners. Will NOT be going back.
