Minuteman Roofing Contractors did an excellent job construct a new roof on top of an old one. The crew was well‑organized, pleasant to talk to and worked hard. They kept the work space neat, did a full roof replacement on a commercial property and required both roofing and specialized gutter work without needing anyone else. The cleanup was quite good and the final product looks great, very strong and reliable. Pricing was clear and they made sure each step was clear. From start to finish the experience was reliable, with no downtime, and the crew always showed up on time and was honest.
We had a storm that damaged our roof and contacted a local roofer to come out and look at our roof. They had an inspection planned really quickly and they identified some cracked shingles and some flashing problems. The personnel determined what repairs were needed and how to accomplish them. When the job started they stayed on course and did the repair work within the deadlines. Then they did some cleaning about the house which I enjoyed. Good communication at work. The workers were all pros at the work they did on our property. The journey was smooth in a tough environment.
