We have been beyond pleased with the team at Home Instead in Lexington MA! Any issue that came up on our part or theirs was handled quickly and respectfully! My Fsthers needs changed in the 16 months we worked with Home Instead and they worked with medical team so well! The caregivers are compassionate, kind and easy to welcome into your home.

My dad has been a client of Home Instead in Lexington for several years. We started out with a couple of short shifts, and as my dad’s needs changed, we have increased his coverage to 24/7. Home Instead has worked with us to get the right mix of compassionate, professional caregivers. They have achieved our goal to keep him safely at home, while allowing him to lead in determining his schedule, food and activities.
In all this time, there has not been a shift left unfilled, thanks to Steve Valente & his team of schedulers.
