My dad has been a client of Home Instead in Lexington for several years. We started out with a couple of short shifts, and as my dad’s needs changed, we have increased his coverage to 24/7. Home Instead has worked with us to get the right mix of compassionate, professional caregivers. They have achieved our goal to keep him safely at home, while allowing him to lead in determining his schedule, food and activities.
In all this time, there has not been a shift left unfilled, thanks to Steve Valente & his team of schedulers.

My wife had a stroke and needed help. My wife spoke multiple languages before her stroke. and so it was challenging to get help due to poor communication due to her illness. I approached Home Instead for assistance. They responded quickly with professional care givers who spoke multiple languages who could communicate with my wife easily based upon their experience. The staff in the office are willing to assist you in your needs. Very prompt and flexible to respond to your needs.
