Home Instead was excellent in providing aides for 24/7 care for my father after he fractured his hip. Kathy, Donna and the scheduling team were responsive and caring. The aides were patient, kind, caring and competent in taking care of my dad and reporting changes in his condition. Thanks so much to the Home Instead team in helping with his recovery and in this transition period.

I called Home Instead for in home care during a time of illness. Phone staff responded immediately. Donna came over that afternoon to assess my needs, and that night I had care. During the week aides did light housekeeping chores without my asking, made sure I did not fall, checked on me during the night, and even got to know my cat and dog. The aides were respectful and kind and clearly feel good about the company. Special acknowledgement to aides Sasithorn and Margaret, and again to Donna. I strongly recommend Home Instead Lexington to anyone needing home care.

HomeInstead was instrumental in helping my mom with any needs that she had at home and when it was time that she needed to go into an assisted living home they were there for the transistion and provided continued support and care for her while she lived there too. My mom's caregivers Maria and Resti were great as well as the support from Meaghan and Donna. I would highly recommend them and knew I had piece of mind that my mom was well taken care of. Couldn't have done it with them!
