Glamour Cosmetics was my make-up artist for my July 2024 wedding at the Viewpoint Hotel in York, Maine. I felt so reassured, confident, and excited from the time I booked Glamour Cosmetics, up to the wedding day itself. I couldn't afford Gar, herself, but she has an amazing team of talented make-up artists that are more reasonably priced - Valentina was my make-up artist (with 2 assistants) and she was phenomenal. The Glamour Cosmetics Team is extremely professional. I was looking for a natural, soft, romantic, glowy bronzed, nude/pink lip, lash emphasis, soft golden pink eye shadow and Valentina hit it out of the park! It stayed on all night and in all of my pictures the make-up simply enhanced my features without overpowering my face. I have been in a lot of weddings as a bridesmaid (before my wedding) and I never liked my make-up as it was always too air-brushed and overly dramatic with smoky eyes - I never felt like myself! It was the complete opposite with Valentina and the Glamour Cosmetics Team. Valentina was a calming presence and helped me feel a lot less anxious. She listened to each piece of feedback or description I told her, and executed my vision flawlessly. She provided great advice based on my skin tone, dress, spray tan, lip color, lashes, and more. She is a true professional. Glamour Cosmetics works with ALL skin types extremely well - young vs. mature skin, fair vs. dark skin - and is very knowledgeable on the make-up that works best on each type.
